The Geese Project (collectively, with its affiliates and/or partners, “Geese Project”, “we”, or “us”) may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make technical improvements or upgrades to the platform at any time, which may include the removal of platform elements. No advance notification of upgrades or removals is required. Your continued use of the Geese Project website, including but not limited to text, content, photographs, video, audio, and graphics, and any of the services offered herein (“Geese Project Site,” or the “Site,”) will mean you accept those changes.

Limitation of Liability; Indemnification; Termination; Governing Law. These sections remain unchanged from the original document, ensuring legal protection for both the Geese Project and its Users, outlining the process for dispute resolution, and clarifying the laws governing these Terms.
Severability; No Assignment; No Waiver. These provisions also remain unchanged, maintaining the integrity of the Terms, outlining the conditions under which the Terms may be assigned or waived, and ensuring that any unenforceable provisions do not affect the remainder of the Terms.
